Observation Task 3: Mapping environments: The learning environment

Area
Function

 Water area
There are some cups for teachers and children and washing art equipment.

Reading area
There is a book shelf, a table and chairs for children. Also, there are some cushions.
Computer area
Children can play educational games that help them in their lessons. Also, they can read the letters and write them.
Carpet area
There is a large place for children to talking with the teacher and these carpets have three lines. One’s yellow, green and one are red. That’s it independent to the levels or groups.
Drama area
There are a nice theater and red curtain. Also, some hand’s dolls to act the character for some stories and can some children do play for the whole classroom.

Writing area
There are two tables for this area. Also, there are a lot of papers, pencils and colors. They can create according to the stories sentences and write the English and Arabic alphabet.

Creative area
Children can create any things in this area from cubes like build big tower or roads from cubes.
Back bags area
There are the special place for back bags, snacks boxes and water.


Length area
There are measurement lines for the children to know what their length and to know more about the numbers and they do that in a start of the each month.
